Please note that the quality of the picture greatly affects the outcome of the illustration. 2. Once we receive the picture from our artist, we will send you a proof with your selected options. Please make sure to approve the proof within 48 hours. Orders that are not approved within this time frame will be cancelled. Please also note that once we receive your approval, we immediately place your order into production and cannot make any further changes. Please review everything carefully. 3. Any change requests to the custom illustration will incur a £10 fee. You can make two complimentary text and layout adjustments if needed. 4.
