Proof Approval After we receive the picture, we’ll send you a proof of the design with your selected options. Approve the proof within 48 hours. Orders not approved within this timeframe will be canceled. Once approved, your order will go into production, and no further changes can be made. Please review carefully. Custom Changes Any adjustments to the pet sketch incur a £10 fee. Two complimentary text and layout revisions are included. Production & Shipping After proof approval, we’ll send your order to the printer and update the shipping information on Etsy.
